How is it suddenly 2018? It’s honestly frightening how fast that year went and now we are in the dawn of not only a brand new year but a whole new month, last months goals I did manage to do which is surprising considering how short December felt!
But onto a new year, new month and new set of goals.
1, Be more positive – I dealt with a lot of negativity at the end of the year and honestly I don’t ever want to feel negative anymore, 2018 is a brighter and successful year! No more negativity!!
2, Eat less takeaways – at the end of 2017 I was exhausted, we relied on take out far to much and I want that to stop! It’s not done anything for my skin or my self esteem so out with takeout!
3, Read more books – I have been following a wonderful collection of book bloggers of late and they have inspired me to read more, one of them has made a monthly challenge which I will partake in and I’m actually excited to read a bit more than just Wikipedia or Gossip sites haha.
4, Get out more – with Anxiety it can really stop you from doing lots of things, I find it hard to even go into town most days and sometimes the school run can be hard when I am in a bad mood but I don’t want that to get in the way anymore, we are now mobile and can go out for family days out at the weekends, no more hiding inside!
5, Be creative – I love being creative, but I find it hard to squeeze in my hobby’s in daily life, sometimes the only hobby I can fit in is a game at the end of the day, but I want to start drawing again and with the getting out goal take more photos of things that I love.. I do write but not very often and it’s something that I need to start doing again as I doodled something silly for a friend on twitter and it ignited a little spark inside to do more..

And that’s it, I truly hope that I will accomplish these goals for not only January but 2018 too, a fresh new start to do whatever I dream of.
