Photograph Sunday


Since starting my BC April biggest loser challenge (read about it here) I have been walking almost every day, R and I drop the two other children at school and head off on a mini adventure

Sometimes I loose my walking buddy to the nap monster but I have really enjoyed every second of these walks! I have made 10,000 steps everyday because of them and next week we plan on going further afield and explore more local areas.

    I always try and hit 10k steps a day but I rarely do it! I need to get out and about more! x

    It’s so good to get out into the fresh air and have a walk! It’s so calming!

    I love a good walk and the best thing to do is to take the camera, you never know what snaps you can get! 🙂 xx

    I love getting out and about and walking – though with a 3 year old and 1 year old, both of which walk – we don’t get much of a pace going!

    That’s awesome! If I had a park near me I’d definitely be walking everyday, especially to look at the beautiful fall colors!
