Another week gone by, this year is going by a lot quicker than i’ve anticipated but that alright.. it just means autumn will be here before you know it! (Yes I am sad I know) but this week hasn’t been as warm as it was last week which as you probably know i am glad for because me and heat do not mix!
This weeks photo is once again some blossom, these are cherry blossoms that sit outside my local doctors office and are stunning with this beautiful subtle shade of pink.
March was another one of those crazy months, the weather was so unsettled, one minute it was sunny and beautiful and the next minute the snow had fallen, March was definitely a better month than February, I don’t know what was wrong with me but I was completely blue and non motivated during Feb which explains why I missed out on doing February in Photos, for one I just didn’t get out much and two I was also really sick with the flu.. Now I feel a lot better, mentally and physically but I just have the dreaded hay fever to look forward to once Spring finally kicks into gear!
The buds are blooming, the birds are mating and the bees are out getting the pollen, March also marks my sons 8th birthday which we went out to a Mexican restaurant and had the most beautiful table in the place and had such a fun time swimming.
Whats funny about this time of year is that we usually go for walks in the woods and I am snapping away photos of the bluebells, but when we went there last weekend there wasn’t a single flower, perhaps we was too early going to the woods or perhaps it was just the cold and snow delaying them from growing.. but expect April to be full of beautiful photos of those woods, I am also going to try and get some lovely photos of my children to include into the post too, I am very nervous about sharing their photos but I will keep their privacy hidden for my own personal reasons but I feel that they need to be added into the end of month shots too.
Another bad me again! I got so busy last weekend what with Kai’s birthday and working on the play room that I completely forgot to sort out Photograph Sunday..
…but today it is Easter Sunday. I wont say much more other than I hope you all have a lovely day with family.
Being the idiot that I am, I completely forgot last weeks photograph Sunday post! But fear not! I haven’t forgotten this weeks!
Pictures of the sky have to be my favourite thing, this one reminds me of those beautiful paintings of the sky that just look perfect, the sky in general is my favourite thing.. the colours and the stars and of you are lucky around April time you’ll get a glimpse of a red dot called Mars.
I’ll try not to forget next weeks 🙂
This week the Beast from the East has been giving England a little taste of what cold truly is, we have had such a cold week that its practically been snowing on and off since Tuesday, we’ve had minus 12’s and ice rain in the south west of England with a scary red weather warning there and in scotland.. but us in Essex have had a simple yellow warning of a lot of snow which of course gave me a chance to get out the camera and snap photos..
Its been the worst kind of snow, its like powder and its still coming today, the children had taken the day of school on friday after having been picked up early the Thursday.. hopefully it will go away soon because I am not excited about the cold school runs.
Until next time
